You may not sell my designs to anyone on my blacklist.

You may not sell my designs for more than you paid, unless extra art is added.

My designs may not be used for any offensive material. For example homophobia, transphobia, pedophilia, racist or nazi propaganda or any themes like these. If you are unsure, you can ask.

Do not claim ownership of my designs. I must be credited when you post them.

You may change gender, species, designs etc. but I must still be credited as designer.

If a base was used always credit the base owner as well.

All my designs comes with a Toyhouse code if you don’t have a Toyhouse.

Credit the base owner on posting the art as well as me for the coloring.

Line edits are an extra charge unless other is stated. See commission tab for prices. You may ask me for a quote.

I need a digital clean, flat, nude ref of the shown areas to start work. I can try to work from a description but I don’t guarantee it’ll be perfect. I can work with a feral to make it anthro or the opposite. Changing a feral to anthro or the other way around is a flat fee of $5.

In addition to the above rule, if there is not a flat, nude ref, I can attempt to work with you but there is a flat fee of $3 since it will be harder for me to work with.

DO NOT SEND ME NSFW REFS UNLESS FOR NSFW COMMISSIONS! I will deny your commission.

Complicated designs are usually subjected to a $5 fee except where other is stated.

Once the work is started, you will only be getting 50% back. If payment is sent as goods, buyer pays the fee if they choose to cancel at any point, even if work is not started. If work had come to the coloring stage, no refund will be given.

Additionally, if the refund is on grounds of the buyer not having read the terms and description, 15% is non-refundable for wasting my time. The buyer is responsible for having read the limitations of a ych/base and unless asked for, automatically consents to having their character changed to fit the base.

If I cancel your piece, a full refund will be given.

I can cancel or deny a commission for any reason.

Buyer must pay within 48 hours, I will not start work until the price is fully paid.

I reserve the right to use the finished art in my portfolio and for finished examples. If you’d like, you can request to be exempt from this.

NSFW art will only be sold to people over 18 years of age. If you are found to be lying about your age you will be blacklisted.

Please DNI if you are or is in support of zoophiles, pedophiles, nazis, racists, against LGBTQ+ Etc. I will not sell to you.

DNI if you support anyone on my blacklist.

Please do not constantly message me about updates. I'm alright with you asking for a general ETA, but please do not check in every few hours/day. It stresses me out and makes me feel horrible.

If the commission takes over 3 months, you're entitled to a full refund.
